RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If for any reason you need to return your product for an exchange, we will happily exchange your product for a different size, or another item of equal value within 2 week of receiving the item. If the exchange item is not available we are able to provide you with an Autonomy online credit note.
The first step is to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA) via email email@example.com or phone 03 9415 7885. This number will need to be included on the Returns/Exchanges form.
The returned item must be in as-new condition, unwashed/unworn and with all original swing tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
Please download and fill out the below Return/Exchange form and send it back with the goods. Please also include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip or payment receipt for your order.
All exchanges due to change of mind or wrong size are to be returned to Autonomy online at the customer’s expense. Autonomy online does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it has been delivered. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. For international orders we do not refund any shipping costs originally paid for returned items.
Once your parcel has been received, we will inspect the goods, and depending on its condition, the exchange will be processed within 3 business days. Any exchanges will be sent back to you FREE of charge. You will know when your exchange is on its way, as an email will be sent to you with your new tracking number.

Please provide the following information: proof of purchase, a description of the fault and, where possible, images to help explain the issue. This will help our team to resolve the issue quicker.
A member of our online team will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and a pre-paid Australia post label for your item to be returned. Please also fill out our Returns/Exchange form to return with the goods.
Faulty goods will be shipped back and replaced free of charge (Standard freight). If you do not wish to accept a replacement or credit, a refund will be issued.
